Mike Foley Acknowledged by PA Supreme Court

Last week, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court cited PaAJ past President Mike Foley (2008-2009) for a critical principle  in the Phoenixville Hospital case in  protecting workers rights in modification petitions where alternative work is being asserted to establish earning capacity of an injured worker.

Foley wrote an paper that was presented at the 2000 ATLA Annual Convention in Chicago  which was cited last week  by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Phoenixville Hospital v.  W.C.A.B.
